Goodman has lost more than 100 pounds. He's kept it off by following a diet full of lean meats, fruit, veggies, and protein shakes. He also works out 6 days a week.
Melissa Joan Hart
The actress known for her roles in Clarissa Explains It All, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Melissa & Joey wanted to drop the weight she gained after her third baby. She lost 40 pounds in 2014 and has kept it off, crediting diet and exercise. She added low-carb, high-protein, and high-fiber foods, along with workouts that include treadmill work, swimming, lunges, and squats to help burn calories. She also does dance and Pilates classes.
Jonah Hill

And she still allows herself one small piece of chocolate each day as a reward.
